私は爪が弱い。相当カルシウムが足りてないのだろう。父と妹はすごく爪が強いが、母と私は爪が弱い。ちょっと当たっただけで割れるし、二枚に剥がそうと思えば剥がれる！いかなご食べてるのになぁ〜・・・。
